Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive smoothly and exactly as expected. Here is everything about how, when, and where we ship, with no fine print.

Order processing

After you place an order, we need 1 to 3 business days to verify, process, and pack it before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. You will get a confirmation email at purchase and a shipping email once it is on its way.

Shipping and delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after your order ships, on top of the processing time above.

To keep our prices fair and our lineup premium, we fulfill through trusted overseas partners. Many items ship directly from our suppliers, which is why transit takes a little longer than a local warehouse. We would rather tell you this up front than bury it. Most orders arrive comfortably within the estimated window.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Current free shipping offers are displayed on site.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also track anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after you receive the number, this is normal early in the journey.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, all 50 states. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses may have limited carrier support; if delivery is not possible to your address, we will contact you.

Delays

Most orders arrive on time, but customs, carrier backlogs, weather, or peak season can occasionally cause delays. If your order is running notably late, email support@gadgetorra.com with your order number and we will chase it down.

Incorrect address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned due to an undeliverable address may need a reshipment fee. Spot a mistake before it ships? Contact us right away.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking stalls or the delivery window clearly passes, reach out. We will make it right with a free replacement or a refund, no need to send anything back.
