1. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days after they ship. Add 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. We source from trusted global partners to keep prices fair, which means delivery takes a little longer than next-day giants, and we'd rather be upfront than overpromise.

2. Why does delivery take longer than other stores?

Honest answer: we ship from international fulfillment partners to keep quality high and prices reasonable. That model adds a few days in transit. The trade-off is gear you'd otherwise pay a premium for. We think it's worth the wait, and we make sure you can track every step.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link. You can also use our Track Order page anytime, just enter your order number and email. Tracking can take a couple of days to show movement after you receive it, which is normal.

4. When will I get my tracking number?

Within 1-3 business days of placing your order, once it's processed and handed to the carrier. If it's been longer than that, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll sort it out.

5. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States, including all 50 states. We don't ship internationally yet, but we're working on it.

6. Which carriers do you use?

Depending on your location and the item, delivery is handled by carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, often with a local handoff for the final leg. Your tracking link will show the carrier handling your package.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal, which also lets you pay with most major credit and debit cards, no PayPal account required. Your payment details are handled by PayPal's encrypted checkout; we never see or store your card numbers.

8. Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments run through PayPal's protected, encrypted system, and our site uses SSL across every page. Your financial info stays between you and the payment processor.

9. What's your return policy?

You've got 30 days from delivery to start a claim on most items. If something arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, send us a photo and we'll replace it free or refund you, no need to ship anything back. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

10. How do refunds work and when do I get my money?

Once we approve your claim, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

11. The product looks different from the photos, what do I do?

That shouldn't happen, and if it does, we want to fix it. Email us at support@gadgetorra.com with your order number and a photo. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or genuinely not as described, we'll make it right.

12. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's with the carrier, we can't pull it back, but our return policy has you covered.

13. Are your products good quality?

We curate hard. Every product is selected, and we drop anything that doesn't hold up. We can't promise perfection on every unit ever made, but if something arrives faulty, our return and refund process is here for you.

14. What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?

Sometimes carriers have a bad day. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or the estimated window has clearly passed, reach out. We'll investigate with the carrier and find a fair resolution, whether that's a reshipment or a refund.

15. How do I contact support?
